Plan de negocio para crear el servicio de oxigenación hiperbárica en el Centro de Medicina Integral

At present, patients who come to the Center for Integral Medicine (Centro de Medicina Integral) seek a new alternative of cure to improve their health and quality of life. With profound analysis and having in mind these fair requirements the present thesis had the purpose of investigating the feasibility of implementing the Hyperbaric Oxygenation service at the Center for Integral Medicine located in Sangolquí. Chapter one has the purpose of clarifying certain aspects related to the search for new ways of health recovery, based on the patients desire to be free of disease, suffering and pain. This chapter also contains a growth analysis of the business. In chapter two, a bibliographic review was made on the use, management and implementation of Hyperbaric Oxygenation at local, national and international levels. Chapter three establishes influential factors in the creation of this new service, as well as proposing the tactics to reach the potential patients who will be the direct beneficiaries. The fourth chapter details the aspects that are relevant to the implementation and optimum operation of the proposed service. Finally, chapter five structures the economic feasibility to implement the Hyperbaric Oxygenation service.
