Ychwanegu Tag | Crynodeb: | The development of the thesis includes an extensive analysis of the Reform Law "Food Law", Book II of the Code of Childhood and Adolescence, identifying both positive and negative aspects that have been taken from the same. On the other hand, establishes the importance of the right foods: who are the holders, the obligation to provide main and subsidiary food, what are the sanctions for noncompliance with the maintenance obligation? Another aim is to explain the legal criteria based on which members of the National Children's Council to fix the table of maintenance and minimum coercion that the state through it´s institutions has been implemented to ensure all possible ways, protecting this vulnerable group such as children and adolescents, so that those forced to respond as soon as possible with payment of his maintenance obligation. Finally, it is an issue that has been analyzed by viewing the approach from both sides, that is, the headlines as the law required this important for the survival of every human being, which has generated controversy precisely because of its importance and concern society. |
