Agregar Etiqueta | Sumario: | Interior design proposal for the redesign of an ecological inn in the canton Pedro Vicente Maldonado. The project is located northwest of the province of Pichincha within the canton Pedro Vicente Maldonado, at km 123 of the Vía los Bancos Its main objective is to highlight the existing natural environment and combine it with indoor and semi-indoor spaces to give users a unique experience of leisure and recreation. The project was developed in an approximate area of 1013 square meters. Endemic materials from the area have been used, for two main reasons; first, to give a unified atmosphere inside and outside the inn. Second, not to introduce external materials that could damage the ecosystem of the area. These materials were used for different interior spaces such as ceilings, furniture, coatings and wall partitions. Having already an existing structure, the project focuses on a redesign, that is to adapt previously established areas, and increase new areas. For example, floors, ceilings, walls and installations were changed; readecuando the place with details that enhance the new concept. A zoning was also made that complements the new proposal. The project has 3 plants; the ground floor where public areas are provided, such as the lobby or the spa, the second floor that has the rest area and the last floor was dedicated to a multipurpose room. The vertical circulation was completely changed, as it was not functional. This proposal seeks to be innovative, since it contains complementary spaces, on the one hand it has recreational areas such as: swimming pool and games; but it also has spaces for relaxation like the spa, promises then a unique experience. This proposal aims to provide a site that promotes local tourism, since being close to the city, with a warm climate gives you the option of relaxation, for a weekend. |
