| Shrnutí: | The following investigation has an objective of studying the feasibility for the creation of a restaurant that offers Esmeraldas typical food in the area of Cotocollao in the city of Quito for what we are looking to introduce different types of dishes that are not commercialized in the area, offering good quality fresh products, with a good service trying to create a nice and comfortable place with good prices so they can enjoy an amazing Esmeraldas typical dish. Cotocollao was chosen because it is an area that is developing, and it is surrounded by a lot of commercial places such as local spots, public and private enterprises. The restaurant is located in a strategic spot so the habitants can go with their families and also for the workers nearby. A loverde which is the commercial name of the restaurant has the vision to not only be recognized in the area of Cotocollao for its innovative dishes and for the flavor of itself. But it wants to be one of the principal restaurants in the city of Quito that offer typical food. It is trying to be one of the first options to the habitants and tourist that visit the city when they want to eat an Esmeraldas typical dish. In this case a complete investigation was done to be able to make a business plan, in base of the inversion, indicators and financial statements where it can be conclude that the creation of the restaurant A lo Verde is viable. |
