Summary:In the present work it is going to establish what the impact is and influence that the Engagement has in relation to the Work performance and to know its dimensions. For the study it will be used in collaborators that belong to the commercial area of an educational institution in the city of Quito. Its methodology is quantitative that the UWES test will be used and related to the performance evaluation of each collaborator. The dimensions of the Engagement will be treated as vigor, dedication and absorption as a great contribution in the collaborators and how it can be applied to maintain high levels of work performance. This factor is an issue that concerns the Human Talent department so that it can develop it more and more in organizations and that goes hand in hand with the organizational culture. First, the Engagement must be used individually and then implemented in a group and at the organizational level.
