Add Tag | Summary: | The professional sport in Ecuador is characterized by being initiated from the lower categories for the correct training of high performance athletes. Soccer and basketball are the most practiced sports in the country, resulting in good professionals. However, some of them have wrong attitudes inside and outside the sports fields, resulting in a lack of sports values for good personal and professional performance. The following business plan projects a specific analysis on the market, clients and the environment of the sports industry in Quito for the execution of a sports academy based on values. The use of qualitative and quantitative tools; a Porter and Pestel analysis; a market study supported by surveys, focus groups and interviews has allowed to reflect results with a high level of competition in the sports academy industry within the city. In addition, there is great welcome from the potential customer demanding that there is differentiation, excellence and professionalism in the service provided. It is determined that the project is feasible for execution based on projected financial results for five years with an internal rate of return of 29,68 percent and a net present value of 21253 dollars. In surveys it can be observed that 94 percent of parents are interested in supporting their children to form this project, this is due to the need to separate their children from different social problems, vices and bad influences. In this way, the correct sports education based on values will allow children to be included in healthy practices that will guide them and not allow them to make the mistakes that many professionals today do. |
