Adicionar Tag | Resumo: | This project aims to develop an animated video that shows what the functions of the Secretary of Environment of the Municipality of the Metropolitan District of Quito are, this video with 2D animation technique, is divided into three parts: In the first part, citizens are informed how the Secretary of Environment works by issuing policies and programs to guarantee the conservation of the natural heritage, in the second part, it indicates how air quality is controlled and how to reduce the impact that the climate change has in the capital through diverse programs. The third part explains what the good environmental practices are, and gives examples of the most frequent environmental practices to contribute to the city. This animation is based on a deep research, all the information provided by the communication department and the Manual of Good Environmental Practices of the Secretary of Environment. We intend that this video can be disseminated to citizens through digital media, so that the Secretary of Environment can be positioned as a fundamental institution within the Metropolitan District of Quito. In addition to that, for citizens become aware and take care of natural resources so that our children would have the opportunity to see and enjoy the wonders that we see every day in the future. |
