Resumo:With the implementation of this center, awareness will be raised about the importance of youth having leisure spaces, where adolescents focus in dynamics activities that encourage their creativity, enhance their senses, eradicate secondary problems that arise from the lack of attention of the parents and the misuse of their free time that harm their well-being. The spaces will be an incentive for users to create new links with art, music and leisure. The project is located on Simón Bolívar Street and Juan José Flores, on the corner of Pedro Moncayo Park, considered the central point in Ibarra city. The intervention will be the entire ground floor that has 644.98 m2 of useful area. It will concentrate on users with an age range between 14 to 23 years. The center will have administrative areas with information on the operation of the different activities will be given, this service will have complementary areas such as: reception, central courtyard, cafeteria, cultural point, multipurpose room, cooking workshops, pastry, art, crafts, music, theater and dance. With these services an environment organized according to the different needs and interests of the users will be created. For these reasons. It is considered necessary to carry out an interior intervention for the implementation of a juvenile alternative leisure center on the first floor of the Ibarreñidad house.
