Résumé: | This business plan aims to determine the commercial and financial viability for the creation of EXPOPAGRO company, to develop the industrialization and commercialization activity of pop organic quinoa with natural sweeteners, such as an innovative idea to give to the Madrid - Spain costumers, regardless of age, a nutritious, quality cereal at a competitive price. An analysis of the external environment was carried out in order to understand the factors that can influence in the business development, and a competitive analysis to determine the forces that affect the ability of the company, identifying the opportunities and threats that the quinoa pop product presents in the target market, in addition a qualitative and quantitative analysis was established to determine the consumer trends, tastes and preferences, purchase availability , fair price , value added to the product, among the main ones, which allows us to conclude that the Spanish customer has a tendency to consume natural products, bio healthy and quality to improve their lifestyle . A correct execution of the marketing plan allowed to define the best strategies of penetration to the target market and to reach to the consumer, the commercialization and distribution of the product in an efficient way through the two large leading suppliers in the distribution of Bio products: Carrefour and Mercadona, whose experience and logistical capacity will allow positioning the product in the target market. The philosophy and organizational structure of the company are focused on the fulfillment of the objectives, with a detailed plan of operations that complies with the logistic processes of export products, finally, a financial model that takes into account a period of five years was implemented. for its projections and realistic values in relation to production and sales, in order to determine the economic and financial viability of the present business; obtaining financial indexes that allow to show the feasibility of this business plan. |
