Přidat tag | Shrnutí: | The project aims to analyze Power Oil system in Shushuqui station, located in the northwest of Ecuador, in order to reduce losses due to inefficiency of existing facilities, in addition to determining if the capacity provided by the system is enough for the production plans of the field in the future. Operating parameters of the system are described, besides its surface facilities, mentioning capacity and operational problems. Based on this, two proposals ar given to optimize the system. The first case uses existing equipment and acquires additional one to enlarge the system; whereas in the second proposal, the current system is replaced by new equipment. Performing an economic analysis of both scenarios leads to conclude that the first proposal is economically the most attractive one. However, after analyzing the benefits of operating with new equipment, it is recommended to choose the second option which has greater benefits over time… |
