Додати тег | Резюме: | La Mariscal is located in the city of Quito known as a flat plain and for being one of the most tourist place on the capital simultaneously it is a strategic place thought for the commercial and residential activity. Nevertheless we can find some problems inside the sector which do not allow to have residences in a huge amount. The Workshop ARO- 960 developed a Plan Zoning for understanding the complexity of the zone which allows to understand the complexity of the zone in terms of its physical space, urban dynamics, conflicts and possible solutions in order to create a vision for the future. The College Residence, along with the vision promote the growth for the residential use and balancing the local vitality so much in the day as in night. The paper aims to study the design of a Residence which can integrate to the immediate environment, offering all the services and spaces that the user needs for his coexistence and diary alive. |
