This document is seeking to prove that through the home automation or demotic, and building automation or inmotica, this is possible due to the facts that the costs, to the contrary to what it is thought, are very accessible to the current market. A building automation or home automation system should include: Structured Wiring Voice and Data Information, Security and Lighting Control. All this so that the system can communicate between itself, giving the user the necessary comfort in order that he can accede to the control of the entire system with only a button. For structured wiring, it has been chosen Category 6a which is the most suited to this project for the speed it can reach to centralize data, it has been chosen each data point in a rack for office; voice equipment been centralized in the equipments room next to this guardianship, this due to the fact that service providers have their connections to that site |
