A building automation or home automation system should include: Structured Wiring Voice and Data Information, Security and Lighting Control. All this so that the system can communicate between itself, giving the user the necessary comfort in order that he can accede to the control of the entire system with only a button. For structured wiring, it has been chosen Category 6a which is the most suited to this project for the speed it can reach to centralize data, it has been chosen each data point in a rack for office; voice equipment been centralized in the equipments room next to this guardianship, this due to the fact that service providers have their connections to that site |

Un sistema inmótico o domótico debe incluir Cableado Estructurado Voz y Datos, Seguridad, Control de iluminación. Todo esto para que el sistema se pueda comunicar entre si dándole al usuario la comodidad necesaria para que con solo un botón pueda acceder al control de todo.
