| Summary: | By having a culture where the interest in sports is high, and extreme sports specifically have been growing. The next is presented in justification for implementing a business related to the publication of a magazine of extreme sports in the city of Quito, with design and high quality photos as the main added value. The work is in context to business plan, so we found a real business opportunity about 91.845 users, and 400 million dollars invested in advertising in Ecuador, where there are about 58.756 large advertising budget companies and 33.527 lower budget how potential customers, based on a study of the environment and marketing research used tools such as interviews, focus groups and surveys to collect primary information. After this process, we propose the design of the company and its main goals and objectives that seek to achieve the company, which has the name will LIBERA MAGAZINE. As also described a marketing plan that will allow a better performance than presented as a product and service within a target market of end users 86.617, 1.817 companies and 3.287 business. Described before is justified financially, resulting a 35.7% IRR and an NPV of 16,786 in a expected scenario, which presented the best option. As the final part of the business plan, there were contingency plans for the main variables that could affect the business and also the conclusions. |
