Gaia:Stress, anxiety and depression are disorders that have increased over the years not only in Ecuador, but also worldwide. People that suffer these diseases are affected both emotionally and in their environment, having more difficult to develop with tranquility in the labor, social, academic and personal area. It is for this reason that this project tries to pose an alternative or support to the conventional treatment for these disorders. This is, through the connection between their emotions, thoughts, state of mind and their body. In this way, they will be able to express more fluently dancing. The body is a very valuable tool that the human being has, to release the repressed emotions that cause these psychological diseases. On the other hand, it is planned to transmit the message that these people want to externalize through a videoart. This medium will be of great help to highlight what is difficult to express through words, which is one of the characteristics of stress, anxiety and depression, the difficulty to communicate. The fusion of dance with videoart could be helpful to inquire into their feelings and in this way let go and relieve what corrodes them, without affecting or aggravating the disorder.
