Summary:Today more than ever, any type of organization is under great pressure to improve productivity in the global market, technological developments create value in organizations. Therefore, in Ecuador, the sale of services related to software is constantly growing, due to several factors, such as the growth of organizations and the need to standardize and control their internal processes. It is essential to have online information that allows them to make decisions about daily events that affect their market environment, create and maintain a competitive advantage. Gosmart3R is a company focused on Ecuadorian market, dedicated to the distribution of ERP Ekon, which has the suites of Ekon Building, Ekon Manufacturing, Ecuador Payroll Management and Ekon Wholesale. They are specialized to meet the needs of different industries, and their diversification allows easy adaptation to the changing environments that exist in both Ecuadorian and global companies. The main suite that is commercialized is the Payroll Management module of Ecuador. Although this suite generates constant sales for the organization, it has deficiencies in the management of projects. It is for this reason that Gosmart3r does not generate the desired profitability and loses credibility with customers when it exceeds its budgeted costs and in addition to the projected time. Therefore, we propose the creation of a plan for the implementation of ERP - Ecuadorian payroll management module, based on the processes described in the sixth edition of PMBOK®. With this project, the current situation of the company will be analyzed and the plans for the administration are described in PMBOK® and adapted to the Ecuadorian companies.
