Yhteenveto:The World Health Organization has stated that infertility is the fifth most common disability in the world. As mentioned assisted reproduction techniques are an opportunity to reduce inequality condition, which affects directly in the process of personal self and the free development of personality. The rapid evolution of technology in the health field has allowed medical treatments like in-vitro fertilization, which is the method most used assisted reproduction in our country develop. The desire to be parents of Ecuadorian partners, has fueled the development of specialized medical centers. The application of assisted reproduction techniques has confronted us with dilemmas of a legal nature as our standard does not contemplate making it any statement in this regard. It said one of the goals of this work is to demonstrate that assisted reproductive techniques require specific regulation. Through this study we demonstrate that treatment of In-vitro fertilization is not exactly just a medical service, it should be emphasized that such interventions have a particularity, it is medical intervention for the gestation of a life. For this reason, in our study we reviewed the edges to generate early regularization for cryopreserved embryos, in order to generate a display on the subject.
