| Резюме: | FASHIONLANA CIA Ltda., has 44 years in market. General Manger is Virgilio Dávila, son of its founder and owner of the company. In this research work, information and important basic communication concepts have been compiled and analyzed in each chapter, so they can afterwards be applied in an internal communication plan for FASHIONLANA CIA Ltda. Chapter 1 is about the company in general terms, its history, strengths, weaknesses, and competition, within other data that will help in the plan proposal. Chapter 2 is about internal corporative communication, publics, processes and their importance in any company. On the other hand, in chapter 3 diverse communication concepts are defined, such as: corporative culture, corporative identity, labor environment and others. All these concepts have been applied for FASHIONLANA CIA Ltda. Chapter 4 is the research work. It details which actions were done and the process that was followed to conclude with this research, so the proposal of the internal communication plan could be assembled. The main objective of this research is to know the level of the company’s corporative culture. During this work, some interesting facts about FASHIONLANA CIA Ltda., were found: there are no efficient tools or communication channels for the company; there is not a corporative philosophy; and the employees do not have any training or motivation in their daily routines. That is why chapter 4 details the plan proposal, whose objective is to strengthen company’s weaknesses with integrational and motivational strategies to create bonds within the company and its employees, which will result in a strong corporative culture and a better internal working environment. |
