Summary:The business plan comprehends the development of an expansion propasal for a real property company already established, sustained in the analysis of it's actual status, upgrades applied to the organization, real property service introduction and the implementation of a real property project in charge of the company.Analyzing the external background, it was determined the good status and high perspectives for the construction business (which contributes the 10% of the Gross Domestic Product) as well as the real property (provided with about 20 million dollars in credit funds through 2008).By using Market Research Tools, it was conformed the real standing of a business oppartunity, as well as demonstrating auspicious market signs in so far as the expansion plan proposed. Due to the business diagnose, it was found a great amount of f1aws in Administrative and Human Research (total absence of this area's employees), Finance and Accountability (inadequate cost and fund structure), Marketing (a non established publicity budget), Operative (unknown value chain). That'swhy, it was established an upgrade plan on which it was propasad a course of action to be applied on each business area in a 5 year thermo For the commercial area, through a marketing analysis, it was propased a company's relaunching, olear positioning strategies, establish publicity budgets, among others; all with the purpose of achieve major acknowledgement and getting more closer to the meta customer.
