To demonstrate this, we will use tools of Leonardo Morlino for measuring the quality of democracy, which has made a report of the international IDEA on the quality of democracy in Latin America that will contribute to this mixed research that will combine a qualitative and quantitative analysis. This research will evaluate the quality of democracy through six dimensions 1) rule of law; 2) accountability or electoral accountability; 3) institutional accountability or accountability; 4) responsiveness 5) civil liberties; 6) equality. |
