It was born with the idea of describing the psychosocial risk factors and an analysis of its possible impact on job satisfaction of a producer of alcoholic beverages located in Ambatos city. The sample consisted of all the staff of the production area of the company, distributed in 5 different positions. The tests used were: NTP 394 Job Satisfaction: Overall satisfaction scale for measuring the issue of job satisfaction; and NTP 443 Psychosocial factors evaluation methodology to measure the subject of psychosocial risk.
