Therefore, it is proposed to build a university residence, it will cover an unsupported demand in Quito city, of this type of residence focused on foreign and national university students of the province. The urban proposal seeks to relate the sector to the surrounding sectors through connection axes of public spaces, mobility networks and polygons of influence of the proposed equipment that will help to increase the quality life of the people who live there. The residence will promote the interrelation between the students of different universities found in the proximity of the proposed project and also seeks to generate a place appropriation for its better development and habitability. But at the same time it will highlight the individuality and diversity of the users, which will generate a sense of belonging in the different levels of privacy in which the inhabitants of the university residence will develop. |
