The investment required for the proposal to improve the company both in fixed assets, expenses and working capital improvement is USD 90,348.20 dollars. Investment that established by equity capital of the company. The recovery time of the initial investment is 3.46 years, since flows for the proposed improvement in each of the years are positive and allow recovering at this time. The feasibility and viability for the proposed improvement to the company guarantees the execution, because the results of the five-year projections with economic and financial indicators: Net Present Value (NPV) USD 167,398.18; internal rate of return (IRR) 78.27%, generate profitability and productivity of the same. |

Es una empresa unipersonal administrada por la Ing. Rosa Corina García García quien hasta la actualidad ha direccionado la empresa de una manera empírica. De acuerdo al análisis que se tuvo tanto interno como externo, se pudo constatar que las áreas que requieren de mejora son las siguientes: administrativa, financiera, operativa y comercialización; debido a que la empresa carece de publicidad, maquinaria, software contable y sistemas de gestión del talento humano. La inversión necesaria para la propuesta de mejora de esta empresa tanto en activos fijos, gastos de mejora y capital de trabajo asciende a USD 90.348,20 dólares. Inversión que se lo establece por capital propio de la empresa. El tiempo de recuperación de la inversión inicial es de 3.46 años, puesto que los flujos para la propuesta de mejora en cada uno de los años son positivos y permiten recuperarlo en este tiempo.
