Tóm tắt:The present titling work seeks to determine the operational and financial viability of the implementation of a training company in customer service for people with disabilities, with an international license in the city of Quito. We are currently living in a more equitable and inclusive world, in which we seek to offer the same opportunities to all human beings. This is where a business opportunity is found, since many people, especially those who work in customer service, do not know how to interact with a person with a disability. In addition, there is a high trend of contracting training services by companies, in order to achieve better sales. The research carried out includes an external analysis, which can determine the opportunities and threats that could have this project, in addition to detail important aspects to consider about this type of industry. On the other hand, surveys and other types of market analysis were conducted in order to determine the acceptance of this service. From this, strategies were completed that will allow to reach the market successfully. On the other hand, a financial plan was drawn up, which will determine the profitability of the project, together with break-even point and project valuation criteria.
