Investigación y apertura de mercado en Uruguay para la exportación del masajeador mixto de Tagua

Taju Company offers a model of business based on the exterior commerce; it considers a handcrafted product as the mix tagua massage, produced in Ecuador, to be put in the market in Uruguay. Based on the marketing test done in the Expo Prado 2012 Fair, it determines an opportunity of business, to market the mix tagua massage in Uruguay. Since the provider of Ecuador decides to give out its space; but it ensures the sale of its production to Taju Company, to consignment and with a preferential price. Taju, in order to market its product, will use two channels of distribution, the first are the fairs, reaching directly to the the final consumer; and the second are the distributor of zones, who will give the product to commercial stores, to be acquired by the final consumer. In an effort to fulfill the sales projections, it makes up a multidisciplinary team with presence in Ecuador and Uruguay, that comply the philosophy of the Company, oriented with the service of the client and that fulfill the administrative, operative and commercial needs. Additionally, Uruguay has stable economy and a potential market of 47, 8% of the population. Moreover, according to the enquiry of the competition, it does not represent any real threat. Finally, the sales that are expected during the first year are $638,664, with a profitability of 22% and with a recovery of the investment during the first year.
