Catemilla was born as a natural hair care solution for women, who are concerned with maintaining the image of perfect hair, without the use of chemicals that affect their health. Through the analysis of the client, we were able to identify the need that women have to get a natural product on the market that provides well being to hair health, without affecting it in the short or long term and that provides benefits of preventive care of diseases to the user. For this project, an environment study was carried out, in which the variables with the greatest influence on the industry were defined, revealing the threats and opportunities that positively or negatively affect the business plan. The analysis of consumer behavior reveals that women spend a greater percentage of their budget on personal care and that there is a trend in the acquisition of products with natural components that are not harmful to human health. A differentiation strategy has been determined for the marketing plan, which allows us to position the product in the appropriate segment, which generates a perception of the product as unique. Through the use of financial tools and indexes, it was possible to determine that the project is viable. Considering a time of 5 years, it was possible to obtain the appropriate amount for the investment of the project, the projection of financial statements was obtained, allowing evidence of the viability of the project under investigation. |
