Περίληψη:Implement in the company CELEC EP- TRANSELECTRIC business unit, the processes that ensure quality in the management of equipment, optimizing resources, ensuring that users receive an effective and adequate service. Executing processes under the international standards of project management (Project Manager Institute "PMI"), adapting their tools and techniques. This work allows us to create a methodological proposal under the standards of good practices of the PMI to develop projects by joining the experience that CELEC has in this field. The proposal was based on the diagnosis of the different stages of planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of electrification projects that the company develops. For the purposes of the process in the study, that pursues quality, this proposal centers its diagnosis on the quality of the processes as the main point, and considers the Scope, Cost, Time, Resources and Risks, to ensure as an inevitable aggregate that this quality is met. As a result of this and as a solution to the weaknesses detected in this diagnosis, there is a proposal that includes tools and techniques grouped in a methodological guide that will ensure operation and a safe process. Additionally, as a result of the diagnosis, the decision is made to adopt the PMBOK guide to standardize the processes, extracting and designing guides from the tests carried out in the initiation, planning, monitoring, control and closure processes and finally applying them to a case study, where it was possible to conclude the effectiveness of the proposal.
