Ajouter un tag | Résumé: | In the investigated subject in this tesis we put in consideration the posibility that in a traffic accident the parts involved reach an agreement between them without having to submit themselves to traditional justice that in best cases is a slow process, by agreeing in a fast an easy mediation process instead. In the first chapter of this thesis we analiced the mediation law used in now days in Ecuador, and its interaction with other laws, we also went through historical facts that demonstrate the importance of this way of solving conflicts along the history of mankind. The second chapter is about evolution of the transit law in Ecuador, using relevant historic publications and laws used in the past util we reach the law used in the present. |
