Crynodeb:This project contains important information about the craft beer industry in Quito. Explains the current market situation in terms of communication. Sinners Brewery, a pioneer craft beers in the industry, has a very high quality product that must be communicated in a better way. We performed a descriptive and exploratory study to identify the parameters to communicate effectively. Therefore, is better to know deeply the consumers ecosystem and get their experiences and link them directly Sinners beer. In addition, a comprehensive analysis of the opportunities that can be exploited is achieved. Sinners Brewery was always very open to give information for the project, especially because they are interested grow through brand experience. They are looking to connect in a different way with their customers, because they want to teach how to enjoy a beer properly. The thesis seeks to create a strategy based on experiences and transmedia narratives to create a world where consumers are immersed. This document is a guide to improve beer consumption.
