总结:In the development of the present project it is focused towards the creation of a company dedicated to the provision of advertising services through digital screens and triptychs delivered in different public transport units such as taxis. Prior to the implementation of the business, it is essential to carry out a situational analysis in which economic, political, social and technological factors are detailed. In addition, Porter's Five Forces determines the bargaining power of potential customers and suppliers. rivalry that exists between existing companies and the positioning of new products that have entered the market, so that the demand, supply and unsatisfied demand of the service are established. The Marketing Plan is also a fundamental part prior to the implementation of the business, as it details the activities that will be developed in product, price, place and promotion, that is, mechanisms are established to attract a greater number of potential customers such as food and accommodation centers. After that, the corresponding Operations Plan is structured in which the processes are determined in the provision of the service, the equipment, supplies and personnel involved to exercise a good operation of the future company, at this stage the number is already quantified of services that could be offered for the next five years, values that subsequently intervene to calculate the financial study, in which the feasibility of the investment is determined by the NPV (Net Present Value) and the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) as the main evaluation indicators.
