סיכום:The “Business plan for the creation of a make-up house with cosmetics imported from South Korea of the brand Etude House” is a project that seeks to satisfy the need to have integral and personalized cosmetology assessment in the city of Quito. This will be satisfied with the creation of Agassi Make-Up House, which will also sell imported cosmetic products from Etude House. It will combine the elegance of a minimalistic yet feminine space with enhancers of purity and feminine beauty. The project aims to analyze the viability of selling imported cosmetics from South Korea in the Ecuadorian market. For this purpose, an external environment analysis was done using tools such as PEST and Five Forces of Porter in order to define threats and opportunities of the market. It concluded that the conditions of the market are suitable to impulse the project. In addition, a study of the clients was made to determine patterns of consumption and market tendencies, to elaborate correctly the proposal of value of the company. The marketing strategy analyses different strategies for the company including strategies for product, price, place and promotion. Which will adjust the company to the market conditions where it will operate. As for the philosophy and organizational structure, both of them will define how the company will be conformed and its nature, in mission, vision and objectives. At the same time, it will define the organization chart and the import process of merchandize. Finally, a financial analysis of the project, where it was determined that investment is medium. Hence, finding funding will not be complicated. The project is profitable but the time lapse to recover the investment is appealing to investors. This is leads to the conclusion of the feasibility of the project.
