This document is an improvement plan of Multidistribuidoras Lucia Sanchez, company that is dedicated to the marketing of consumer products, the improvements we propose in this paper are: An improvement in the organizational structure of the company, have a new point of sale, purchase own truck for delivery, buy a stowage to hold products and have new sellers. The same that would increase sales of the company by 30%, and improvements also help us reduce transportation costs, costs of warehouse and inventory turnover level. The business is located in the south of the city in the wholesale market of Quito; the most important factor in this business is sales to wholesalers and purchase volumes. The implementation and application of this improvement plan is $ US $ 432,744.00 ths value the 40% will be covered by the company and 60% financed with a bank or shareholders. The most relevant economic results of the project are that it has a net present value of $ 86.981 and an IRR of 46% the same as were assessed at a rate of 18.65%, the rate was evaluated with the bonus of the state, country risk and the market premium. The main milestone that we have the first year is the savings that we transport, lease and inventory turnover days. Customer loyalty is something that we keep quiet because with the improvement and creation of a marketing department know the needs of our customers immediately. The team to take out this project is the personal the Company has and a plus new staff will be hired. The project is viable because we believe that apart from being a company already in progress has experience and knowledge in the market gives facilities market entry.
