Crynodeb:This thesis proposes a food guide and cookbook to promote the reduction of musculoskeletal pain. The main aim is to investigate the foods that shows the impact on improving treatment for pain, at this stage collects scientific information from several sources and studies already raised above showing foods that potentiate pain reduction was collected. Subsequently a food guide taking into account results of the investigation raised earlier, at this stage surveys was used to people coming to CEKINE center and interviews with professionals for information that will design a guide. With the information already exposed in recipes guide that helps to have a balance diet and potentiate reducing musculoskeletal pain, taking into account which are prohibited , restricted and allowed for the creation of innovative and healthy food recipes was created. Finally was realized a validation in tow groups, first a medical group with a professionals like nutritionists, physiotherapists and osteopaths for the food guide, the second group was conformed by a experts in gastronomy like chefs of the university of Americas, all of the experts was realized correction and then the result was the food guide and cookbook.
