This is done through an investigation with the use of tools such as the Pest, Porter and EFE matrix respectively, for the collection of information necessary for the opportunities and threats that come from the industry, then the customer análisis is carried out in two ways qualitative and quantitative, of which there are interviews with experts, focus groups and surveys to try to obtain information about this particular market and the needs that are handled. With the information obtained, the business opportunity of the adventure jet ski rental company in the province of Esmeraldas is analyzed. This is why the company ´Wave Tours Experiene´ is created, which is based on the rental of jet skis to live a new experience of safely tourism on the beaches of the green province. The company offers 3 packages which are Tours 3 beaches, Tours 2 beaches and only rent so that customers can choose any of them. For this, very good aquatic equipment and trained personnel are provided to provide the best possible service. That is why the company is especially focused on two target markets which are people from the city of Quito and from the neighboring country Colombia since they are the ones who visit these beaches the most. In addition to all this, the organizational structure was carried out, which allows us to better establish the company to deliver the appropriate service with trained personnel to carry out the business plan. Finally, the financial analysis of the project is carried out, in which all the necessary tools are applied to find out if the project is viable and profitable to recover the investment made. |
