إضافة وسم | الملخص: | World Security Asociados has been operating in Quito since 2004, during this time, it has been characterized as a stable, responsible and high quality Company. Rather when they have good attributes, the company maintains the same customers as their beginning. This is why they have been presenting the need to create a department capable of handling internal and external affairs of the Company Communication. This thesis project consists in diagnose the communication that World Security has been using with its stakeholders. This project takes place in the city of Quito, and is supported and approved for its realization, by the General Manager of the Company. The results that this research will provide quantitative and qualitative answers. It will catch real and truth information to help in the realization of a communication plan that seeks to manage communication process between the company and its stakeholders. |
