সংক্ষিপ্ত:Nowadays, corporate factors such as internal communication, identity and corporate culture are an essential part of the success of an organization, because of the role that each of them have in the development of a company. In Ecuador there are few studies about the communication of identity elements in electrical, electronic and technological companies. The short management given to internal communication in organizations today, has caused mistakes in the internal public that are reflected in the business objectives and this produces confusion among members. In this way, it is considered that internal communication is a mechanism of identity which, being handled in a proper way will create a perception in the internal public that will allow them to identify with the organization. Therefore, it is necessary to work efficiently internal communication starting from the elements of identity and corporate culture, considering that these factors are essential to project the reality of the organization to the stakeholders. Therefore, this study will submit a proposal of communication which examines the internal communication from the elements that constitute the identity and corporate culture of Celco Cia. Ltda, company dedicated to the commercialization of systems of backup power, high performance computing, industrial, electrical and electronic equipment and alternative energy.
