Plan de negocios para la creación de un complejo agro turístico en el cantón Puyango de la provincia de Loja

The present business plan has the objective to implement the Agro touristic complex called El Petrino in the city Puyango, province of Loja. Therefore, it evaluates its factivity technically and financially. All factors wore analyzed and showed as a big opportunity or as a potentially menace in the macro environment of tourism in Ecuador. Highlighting the tourist demands during these last past years and the Governments position in this field and its production. This project gives a big opportunity for the touristic development of the province of Loja because of its structure it is a natural attraction and being as a familiar environment to a specific population that ranges from 24 to 65 years old, predetermined through quality and quantity in marketing, offering lodging including food and a place to rest, it is also possible to provide extra activities like fishing, camping, visiting the petrified forest of Puyango and night spectacles or shows. Making this a big difference of traditional lodging. The approach strategy established in the study of this project already analyzed in marketing of its legal incentives, tributation and social effects being positive for the development of this project, and its variables that could affect or potencialize tourism to this part of the country. Initially the cost and design and future functions of this tourism complex it will be USD $1.009.550, 74, being financed by its owner 50 percent, and the other 50percent it will be financed by loans of the bank.
