Lisää tagi | Yhteenveto: | In the course of the years it has been evidenced that La Mariscal has been planned, in different occasions, nevertheless this one has not been able to consolidate itself in its built volume, it is so, after an analysis of site, has verified, like one of the main problems, followed by a lack of green space or useful public space for residents, a land use that has been modified to be planned as a residential neighborhood, to be established as a commercial, leisure and tourist district, finally concluded in the diagnosis of the place, that La Mariscal is morphologically composed as an urban island, since it is delimited, by ways that have dimensions that fragments between the adjacent neighborhoods. These problems are transformed into axes of departure for an urban design, which was developed in the 9th semester (AR0-960), seeking strategies to counter the existing problem, taking references and theory that support a regularized approach, to generate the Back to the center, a slogan that represents repopulating the sector, since, being a centrality, it requires a population density for its vitality. The plan establishes to 2040 a revitalization of La Mariscal with the support of equipment that complements the existing or new that the place requires, in addition to recovering the green area of the patrimonial buildings, providing a visual and / or spatial relation for the pedestrian , Followed by planned densification of residence, according to the predominance of each neighborhood within the parish and a fabric as a sewing as a mobility strategy, to generate a diffuse limit between La Mariscal and its immediate environment. The project to be developed in the present work of titulación: University residence in La Mariscal; Is part of the approach to new equipment and residence, located in the sector of Las Mallas in the streeth General Baquedano and Reina Victoria Street, strategically planned for the distance / time relationship between the different establishments of higher education in order to be a point of Departure towards repopulation, with a young user, which is compatible with the current characteristics of the place. Its creation is required by the number of university students from provinces and foreign students, due to a lack of temporary housing. Therefore, the development of this project will complement the approaches of the Urban Planning, revitalizing the place by the use of the architectural project and the design of public space. |
