Description
Résumé:This business plan is based on the introduction of a Kangoo Jumps club with the aim of providing the population of Quito with a fun alternative to exercise collectively, through rebound exercises led by professional trainers. This service will focus on people who perform physical activities daily and people who maintain a sedentary lifestyle to change their daily habits. The main objective of this plan is to provide several benefits to people such as weight loss, strengthening the body in general and mind, and avoid diseases due to overweight and lack of exercise. For the implementation of the service, aerobics classes, such as dance lessons and daily physical activities performed by people outdoors using boots, will be provided. The project methodology began with an analysis of the country is external factors, using PEST and PORTER to determine the opportunities and threats that the business would have in the environment. Consequently, a compilation of information and data was made by the experts, clients and people who practice sports every day to satisfy their needs, tastes and preferences regarding the acceptance of the business. Continuing with the development of the general marketing strategy and marketing mix (product, price, place and promotion). Finally, it was considered that the company will be a Limited Liability Company with a simple linear organizational structure and a financial analysis was carried out to determine the viability of the project.
