Dodaj oznaku | Sažetak: | The production of tuna in Ecuador promises to be one of the activities that generate income in several provinces such as Tungurahua and Imbabura that enjoy a climate suitable for planting nopal from which the fruit is born. Currently, Ecuador has an important agreement with the European Union that facilitates exports to countries belonging to the commercial bloc, including Germany, consumer trends aimed at buying exotic products and different from those consumed traditionally. The business plan to present, aims to establish a tuna pulp processing company for subsequent export to Berlin, in order to publicize a product high in vitamins and components that provide an important nutritional contribution to the human body. In the same way, its production meets the necessary requirements to offer a quality product in a market as demanding as Germany. The qualitative and quantitative analysis was performed to determine the target market to which the product will be exported and the most appropriate way in which the frozen tuna pulp will be introduced into the market. The same way, will determine the profitability and viability of the business through a detailed analysis of income, costs, expenses that will be included in the sale price of the product and in the implementation of the project, in order to have a complete picture |
