Plan de negocios enfocado en la creación de una empresa de transporte turístico con unidades adaptadas para personas con discapacidad física

The tendency to travel and complete adventures by people with disabilities has increased 12% over time. The activities offered in places like the province of Imbabura in Ecuador are Cano-pi, hiking and accessible tarabita. The mobilization of people is done by traditional transport, without tools for efficient quality service. (RED DE TURISMO ACCESIBLE , 2016) Trans Moving offers the first company specialed in disabled tourist transport, welcoming this segment forgotten and excluded by society, offering services at attractive prices and benefits for its members. The influence of developed countries of accessibility and inclusion with technology and transport has been very important for what is to create a business tourist transport with adapted units for people with disabilities to mobilize in a wheelchair, and to reach this goal is essential to analyze theirr needs and desires, as well as their behavior as tourists. The government in Ecuador has established several projects of inclusion and accessibility, so the country has been a benchmark for social integration in mobility and independence of people with disabilities in Latin America, a project created by the Vice President Lenin Moreno, current president of the Committee on the Elimination of all forms of discrimination against persons with Disabilities of American States (El Telégrafo, 2014) . That is why we have identified the opportunity to create the first company of tourist transport for people with disabilities, it will have three units with electric ramps adapted to facilitate mobility and access for individuals who move with the help of wheelchairs. Currently, there not exists in Ecuador a company to provide the specialized service has the support of highly trained personnel to provide directly a quality service, new and adapted with technology units and a support structure, with knowledge and experience from the market. Finally, the service will be recognized and sustainable over time as it will have a competitive advantage over its direct competitors.
