| description | The kindergarten is located at the Carolina park neighborhood. The main objective of the social welfare facility is to create our environment for children under five years where comfort, materiality, scale and proportion must have coherence, in addition to several analyses of pedagogical theories. The main theory is the Montessori Model which gives adequate spaces for children, organized, artistic and simple spaces, where each element has its characteristics that contribute to the growth of the infants. Also, the project is a set of study and analysis of pedagogies theories applied coherently to the architecture, that help to the correct formation of the infants. Over the years, pedagogy has changed, the teaching and learning process is different nowadays. It is the influence of the game on children according to what they learn through experience. The children's development center works diverse, recreational spaces in which children are trained and educated throughout the project, and not only in classrooms. |

The children's development center works diverse, recreational spaces in which children are trained and educated throughout the project, and not only in classrooms.El Centro de Desarrollo Infantil ubicado en el Barrio La Carolina, en la Ciudad de Quito, siendo este un equipamiento de bienestar social tiene como principal objetivo la creación de espacios para niños menores de cinco años, en donde, la comodidad, materialidad, escala, proporción y recorrido deben poseer coherencia. Todo esto en conjunto con varios análisis de teorías pedagógicas, para proporcionar espacios adecuados a los niños, siendo estos regulados, organizados, artísticos, sencillos, en el que cada uno de los elementos poseen su característica propia que contribuye al crecimiento de los infantes. Además, el proyecto es un conjunto de estudio y análisis de teorías de educativas aplicadas de manera coherente a la arquitectura, que ayuden a la formación correcta de los infantes.
