Тойм:The idea comes from a dis satisfied necessity in which the pisciculturists of trout in Ecuador are not satisfied with the trout food that is actually sold in the market, that is why my person with an important strategic alliance with Acuimagg del Ecuador decide to create a business plan to determinate the viability for the production of trout food. The Industry of food processing in which is my Company has been growing in the last 10 years, and is important to stand out that de industry of aquaculture has been growing in the last years too in what trout production respect. For that reason, this business plan has high potential because the market keep growing with a dis satisfied necessity and with a few competition that not took advantage of the pisciculturists, making the investment more attractive. It is important to stand out that without this strategic alliance with Acuimagg, this business plan will not be the same because this company imports 13 million of trout Spanish eggs, which is the better in its genetic, and Acuimagg has nearly the 75% of all national market; so, it is totally easier for me to reach more pisciculturists that produce a lot of trout, and the same time with the pisciculturists that produce a few trout. Through the market investigation we can determinate that the product that is gonna be sold is totally nice and helpful for my target market, because it counts with a personalized nutritional service for the trout and with experience training for our customers. Finally, I confirm the viability of the project thanks to the measurement of various variables such as financial indices, the net present value and internal rate of return, and we can conclude that the business plan can be accepted.
