Through a Master Plan carried out in conjunction with the 9th semester 2017. The proposed equipment is an edge equipment which will help to reactivate the economy of the area where it is located, this is located next to the Guambra bridge on Av. 10 de Agosto and Av. Pérez Guerrero corner, in this case a "Technological Exchange Center" is proposed, since in the zone to intervene there is no place where agglomerate technological activities for its use, commercialization, repair and learning. The ownership of the project is based on the need of young people, adults and the reactivation of the local economy. |

The ownership of the project is based on the need of young people, adults and the reactivation of the local economy.El Proyecto de titulación se enfocó en el sector La Mariscal en donde actualmente se encuentra influenciado por una serie de problemáticas que afectan la calidad de vida de sus habitantes, por esta razón se determinaron una serie de equipamientos dentro de la zona para abastecer a su población y ayudar en las diferentes necesidades que requieren. Por medio de un Plan Master realizado en conjunto de 9no semestre 2017. El equipamiento propuesto es un equipamiento de borde el cual ayudará a reactivar la economía de la zona en donde se encuentra, este está ubicado a lado del puente del Guambra en la Av. 10 de Agosto y Av. Pérez Guerrero esquina, en este caso se plantea un Centro de intercambio Tecnológico, ya que en la zona a intervenir no existe un lugar donde aglomere actividades tecnológicas para su uso, comercialización, reparación y aprendizaje.
