| Sammanfattning: | The Business plan for the production of androgynous clothing to export to South Korea‖ is a project born from a social necessity to express freedom of opinion and thought, supported by gender equality principles, through implicit and defined methods. This need is sought to be satisfied through PRIDE, an androgynous, 100% Ecuadorian made, clothing brand. This label is produced with handmade textiles, combining the elegance of the minimalist design and the purity of the natural materials, to deliver unique pieces without the guidelines of the genre. The project aims at analyzing the viability of exporting PRIDE products to the South Korean market. For this purpose the analysis of external environments was done to define the threats and opportunities of the market. It was established that the internal and external conditions are favorable for the development of the project. Subsequently, a study of the client is made with the purpose of determining needs and consumption patterns to later apply in the proposal of value of the product. As for the marketing strategy, the different strategies of internationalization, production, brand, distribution among other characteristics of the proper positioning of the product and its possible success in the target market were analyzed. The philosophy and organizational structure define the nature of the formation of the company, its mission, vision and objectives while establishing the organization chart that constitutes it. Finally, a financial analysis of the project was carried out, where it was determined that the project requires a relatively low investment that can be easily financed with a low level of indebtedness. The profitability of the project is favorable with a profit margin and a fast investment recovery, concluding that the feasibility of the project is high. |
