| Ամփոփում: | In the Metropolitan District of Quito, an urban planning was generated for El Batán neighborhood, which indicates us through a diagnostic phase in which potentialities and problems were established that the underused and vacant lots are due to the fact that the use of the land is industrial, an irregularity exists in the form of the blocks discrediting several lots. The morphology themes are taken into consideration, which have an irregular outline and are also affected by the topography, in mobility there is a lack of bus circuits leaving public transport shortages and increasing the private vehicle, within the public space it lacks spaces for social interaction, lacks vegetation and finally main facilities such as UDLA, Granados Plaza and the Rio Coca Station which are the main entities of trade and activation of the place. After a study, the equipment of the Parque Cementerio is proposed, which aims to enhance the neighborhood and turn it into a stored forest of vegetation which enhances biodiversity, a different form of burial will be suggested to be friendly to the environment, seeking to satisfy the demand needs of the type of user analyzed, the equipment seeks to introduce a public space due to the routes through platforms at different levels that are generated. Thus, this project integrates key points and satisfies the entire community, providing a complete service linked to its immediate surroundings, managing to improve the urban quality of the zone. |
