Aplicación móvil para el manejo, control y notificación del producto renting Pichincha para la Empresa Consorcio del Pichincha

This thesis contains the development and drafting of titling "Mobile Application for the management, control and reporting of the Renting Pichincha product for the company Consorcio del Pichincha". The company through one of its products, such as Renting Pichicha, is dedicated to renting vehicles for short and long term, will reduce administrative, financial, operational activity and resource burden for customers that the direct purchase of vehicles bears. It was identified that one of the main problems is the lack of communication with their customers, so it was raised within the project aims to improve customer service through effective communication channel. This solution consists of the design and development of a mobile application developed for the Android operating system, which will handle the processes that the external user performs with the company Consorcio del Pichincha, such as notifications through the app, schedule maintenance appointments, date of service, advise on Renting for the customer.
