Despite the risk prevention measures in the electricity sector that have arisen, accidents in the operation and maintenance of electrical installations continue to occur. The Electric Company of the Province of El Oro is an electric power distribution and commercialization organization, and due to the high risk of the activities, it needs to implement continuous improvements within its Occupational Health and Safety Management System, placing special emphasis on the Energized Online Working Group. The objective of this research work is to design the operative processes for work on energized lines of the electricity companies of the Province of El Oro, focusing on the occupational health and safety system. In order to reach this goal, the operative processes in the energized lines were lifted, the risks to which the energized line workers are exposed were identified and the influence of the industrial safety management system for the execution of the activities was identified. Finally, a control plan for risk factors existing before and during work on energized lines is proposed. |
