Nowadays it has become quite requested by people due to the new tendencies of using natural products due to its attributes and benefits, this plays a very important role for the choice of consumers to use this type of medicine. The needs of people to use products that do not affect the body or produce side effects, due to this background is created the business idea ZAYRI is an ancestral medical center dedicated to alternative medicine based on the Ecuadorian culture and ancestral knowledge of our ancestors. The service seeks that the objective group of people between 20 to 54 years of middle and high socioeconomic status who reside in the city of Quito and have a tendency for alternative medicine participate in using a chemical-free medicine in a certified medical center. The macro and micro environment analysis helped to understand the situation in which the industry is located and the advantages of the business model and, above all, the main competitors surrounding this whole idea and accompanied by financial indicators, all these elements have been keys to determine the viability and feasibility of the project because it is directed a segment that is niche with specific characteristics. |
