In the first chapter determined the cultural practices, the harvest and postharvest management of the fruit. Also the risks as plagues and diseases to that this one exposed this culturing. In the second chapter there was realized the offer of the productive process where it was considered to realize an experimental design that allows to know the performances of the fruit in two processes of pulping: in manual form and the second one in mechanical form, the same ones who do not present significant differences, which demonstrates that the Arazá can be submitled to a process of industrialization obtained good results. |
